Just as my daughter was walking out the door today for school she asked me if I had an oil that could help her growing pains. Music to my ears! I love that my daughter knows that I can help her with whatever particular ailment she may have with my oils. :) She has been affectionately calling me the "oily witch." I've been called worse, believe me!
My daughter gets a lot of growing pains. Not only is she eight and growing like a weed, she also plays soccer 3 times a week. More often than not she asks me to rub her legs with oils before bed. The oil I use on her sore little calves is a couple drops of PanAway with about a Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Oil. I like to use the Organic Coconut oil from Trader Joe's. Its a good price point and it doesn't come in a huge unmanageable container like the stuff at Costco.
We use PanAway for just one of it's many uses, growing pains. Although, some of the other everyday uses for it include headaches, arthritis, inflammation, cramps, bruising, and sore joints. PanAway is the go to for any and all aches and pains. It also smells amazing as its a blend of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove, and Peppermint. Something about its minty smell just makes me happy!
